Waared Platform Terms and Conditions

Introduction
Welcome to Waared. By creating an account, using the platform, or purchasing a shipping label, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Waared Services
Waared provides a technology platform that allows users to compare carrier services, generate shipping labels, manage shipments, and track deliveries. Pickup, transportation, and delivery services are performed by independent carriers according to their respective policies.

2. User Account
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information and keep their login credentials confidential. Users are responsible for all transactions and shipping labels issued through their accounts, whether authorized by them or resulting from sharing account details with others.

3. Permitted Use
The platform and its shipping labels may only be used for lawful purposes and for shipments related to the user’s own business activities or orders.
Users may not use the platform unlawfully, manipulate prices or offers, or create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits or obtain unauthorized benefits.

4. Prohibition on Reselling Shipping Labels
The resale, advertisement, marketing, or distribution of shipping labels issued through Waared as a standalone product is strictly prohibited, whether sold at a higher price, a lower price, or without profit.

The following activities are also prohibited:
1- Issuing shipping labels for third parties in exchange for payment.
2- Sharing an account to allow others to purchase or issue shipping labels.
3- Publishing Waared’s prices or offering its shipping labels for sale through websites, applications, or social media.
4- a shipping label or using it for a shipment that differs from the information provided when the label was issued.

If a violation is identified, Waared may immediately suspend or terminate the account, cancel unused shipping labels, and require the user to pay any price differences, costs, or damages resulting from the violation. Waared also reserves the right to take any necessary legal action.

5. Shipment Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the sender’s and recipient’s information, shipment contents, weight, dimensions, and packaging.
Shipping prohibited, dangerous, or unlawful items, or any items restricted under the selected carrier’s policies, is not permitted. Users are responsible for any additional charges resulting from inaccurate weight, dimensions, information, or shipment contents.

6. Pricing and Payment
Applicable charges are displayed before the order is confirmed. Additional charges or price adjustments may apply if the carrier records different weight or dimensions or if fees arise from returns, redirection, storage, or other services.
Cancellation and refund eligibility are subject to the status of the shipping label and the applicable policies of Waared and the selected carrier.

7. Carriers
Waared operates as a technology platform connecting users with carriers and does not perform transportation services itself. Pickup and delivery times, as well as compensation for lost or damaged shipments, are subject to the carrier’s policies and applicable laws.

8. Privacy and Intellectual Property
User data is processed according to Waared’s Privacy Policy. All rights related to the platform, its content, designs, and trademarks remain the property of Waared and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Account Suspension and Termination
Waared may suspend or terminate any account for violating these Terms, misusing the platform, suspected fraud, reselling shipping labels, or failing to pay outstanding amounts.

10. Changes to These Terms
Waared may update these Terms when necessary. Any changes become effective once published on the platform. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
