If the shipment is still eligible for cancellation, you can cancel it directly from the Order Management page in a few simple steps.
Steps:
- Go to Order Management from the main menu.

- Open the shipment you want to cancel.

- Click Cancel Order at the top of the page.

Once the cancellation is completed, the shipment status will be updated on the Orders page. The ability to cancel a shipment may vary depending on the shipment status and the shipping provider.
